This is the story of how we’re delivering exceptional service from our facilities in Rosenberg, Texas.
Seatex at Rosenberg
Located at 445 Highway 36 N in the center of Fort Bend County, our Rosenberg plant stretches across 25 acres and sizes in at 320,000 square feet. We relocated here in 2007, completed a 70,000-square-foot blend plant expansion in 2011 and another in 2013. In 2016, we completed the purchase of our third location (239 Highway 36 N) and second in Rosenberg: 11 acres bordering our existing Rosenberg facility. In 2019, we finalized a multimillion-dollar, 40,000-square-foot agronomics plant expansion at the adjacent facility.
As many of our most distinguished chemists operate here, Rosenberg is our de facto technical center where formulation scale up and testing is done in our 2,000-square-foot, high-tech lab. Endothermic, exothermic, and other synthesis reactions work is performed here, as well. At the nextdoor location, we produce fertilizers for the agricultural industry.
Our Rosenberg locations are served by three on-site railcar spurs and have 120,000 gallons of bulk liquid storage.
